Pro Package
When you’re building new or taking on a major remodel, every detail matters. Our PRO package ensures your home is both technically precise and aesthetically seamless, guiding you through construction with the clarity and creativity of an experienced design partner.
We become involved early to:
- Review and refine architectural plans
- Coordinate closely with your contractor, architect, and build team to protect the integrity of your vision
- Select and document all hard materials; flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint, and more
- Provide 2D and 3D visualization options so you can see your home before it’s built

Luxe Package
For second homes, vacation retreats, or properties that need to be move-in ready, our LUXE package provides a fully managed, concierge-level service. From the big picture to the smallest detail, we handle it all.

New Build Interior Design Services FAQ
The PRO package covers expert hard material selections (flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, bathroom mirrors, interior trim, doors, and appliances), attendance at all showroom appointments, builder coordination, and a complete design package delivered to your contractor. Optional add-ons include elevation drawings, wall and ceiling design, and full furniture procurement.
Ideally, before architectural plans are finalized. The earlier we’re involved, the more influence we have over the decisions that matter most; space planning, finish coordination, and design details that are far more expensive to change mid-construction.
The base service is priced per square foot and includes all hard material selections and builder coordination. Optional add-ons (elevation drawings, wall/ceiling design, furniture procurement) are priced separately per square foot.
Yes. We are builder-agnostic. Whether you have an existing relationship with a contractor or are still searching, we integrate seamlessly. For clients who need builder referrals, we have access to a trusted network of Arizona’s most sought-after industry professionals.
Changes after selections have been documented can be accommodated, but will incur an additional fee per item to revisit and update the builder material schedule. We work carefully upfront to minimize the need for changes.

Absolutely. We can include scaled furniture drawings, curation, procurement, and placement coordination. Many PRO clients choose to continue with a full furnishing engagement after construction is complete. Ask about our LUXE package for a comprehensive furnishing experience.
