Living Large Near Cubs Spring Training Facility

We are excited to share a recent project Interiors Remembered has been dedicating our efforts to lately. It’s a project we completed near the Cubs Spring Training facility in Arizona for a client who happens to be a super fan, hence the location across the street from the Cubs’ stadium.

When the property was purchased, our client turned the space over to our talented design team for our Luxury Design Package Concierge Service. This tailored service manages the entire design process of a project all the way from home visits to project budget management, use of our private vendors and installers, and leveraging of our working relationships with manufacturers and stores for items like furniture, accessories, art, lighting, area rugs, greenery layout and design, bedding, linens and more. Our turn key packages are very thorough down to a small list of food requested by the client that we have placed upon their arrival.

We had so much fun developing this beautiful Arizona property and took the re-design process to places that even surprised us! In the end, this project included features like a completely remodeled outdoor patio and grill complete with all new landscaping and the addition of a spa. This property is now the absolute perfect Spring Training pad!

In this first photo, you can get an idea of what the outside of the residence looked like and therefore what the general mood and style was that we were going to design with:

To style to the space, Interiors Remembered painted the walls a beautiful clean slate color, chose brightly painted artwork, and selected well-made furniture that effortlessly made the space feel both modern and warm:

Here you can see Interiors Remembered’s own Athena getting hands-on when it comes to placement of this beautiful wooden starburst mirror:

Onto the more domestic spheres, here’s a glance at the details of a cozy bedroom. Interiors Remembered completed this look by incorporating different textures into the bedding and pillows including leather, sequins, and embroidery for a warm and inviting space:

The devil is in the details! We pride ourselves on paying attention to the smaller accessories a house needs in order to feel complete. In the first photograph the light colored drapery is essential to balancing the richness of the dark cherry wooden dresser. In the second photograph we have added bathroom accessories that are both functional and eye popping.

Last but not least, the completely remodeled outdoors space. We added the perfect all-weather furniture and overhauled the landscaping to ensure the best entertaining space possible. With a fireplace and a spa (not pictured here) what else could you need after a busy day watching the Cubs?!
